2025 Seniors Festival Recognition Award Nominations

 

The Seniors Week recognition award acknowledges the contribution that individuals have made to the Seniors of the Bland Shire.

To be eligible for an award, nominees must be 60 years of age or older and have made a significant contribution to the lives of older people in the Bland Shire.

Examples can include:

• Individuals who volunteer to do activities that benefit seniors.

• Individuals who provide a caring role to a senior member of the community.

• Seniors that have demonstrated leadership within the community.

Previous recipients of a seniors recognition award cannot be nominated. 

Nominations close Friday 28 February 2025. Late nominations will not be accepted.

Announcement of the award winner will be celebrated at this years’ Seniors Lunch. All nominees will be invited to attend.
