Bland Shire residents are reminded that the Election of the 58th Parliament of NSW will be held on 25 March, 2023. New South Wales is divided into 93 state electoral districts. Voters in each district will elect one person to represent their district in the Legislative Assembly. Voters will also elect 21 of the 42 members of the Legislative Council.  Residents of Bland Shire are within the Cootamundra electorate. To find voting locations, please see the following link:

Early voting will be conducted at the West Wyalong Community Centre, 89-91 Main Street, West Wyalong NSW 2671 from Sat 18 Mar - Fri 24 Mar 2023. Opening times for Early voting are:

Mon - Wed: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Thu: 8:30am - 8:00pm
Fri: 8:30am - 6:00pm
Sat: 9:00am - 6:00pm
